 Smokey sometimes will put his paws on your shoulder if you sit next to him when he's on the back of the couch like this. Somehow it is comforting. This cat drives me nuts sometimes but I love him.

These photos were from the soccer banquet. It was delayed later than usual this year, not till January. But it was celebrating successes from the soccer season 2023. Jordon got a Varsity letter for sophomore year and All Conference Academic Award. We are so proud of him! 

Jordon with Coach Hawkins and kids he's played soccer with for years under team names Rebels and Spurs (Sawyer, Parker, Kyle and Quinton). Now they've all moved on to high school soccer. Great group of kids and parents!

This year we went south to spend some time at Christmas in Hattiesburg with Don's family. We packed a lot into a few days and had a great time hanging out with Sharon, Dale, Megan, Andrew, Steven, Katie and Ruby. The boys spent some extra time down south, staying until the New Year.
