Egg Hunt
More Easter fun, looking for eggs and having a good time at Grandma's. We didn't think of bringing an exta basket so both boys could have their own, so Tristan got Grandma's Hyvee ice cream bucket this year.
Easter 2012 at Grandma's
The boys had a great time rough-housing with Uncle Jon, playing with Cousin Karli, and going on an Easter egg hunt at the farm.

More of Jordon's Birthday
Hanging out with Aunt Lauren, Uncle Tim, Cousin Karli and the family for Jordon's birthday. Jordon also got a helmet for riding his McQueen bike- he has been riding like crazy for the past few months.
Jordon's 4th Birthday
These are from Jordon's birthday, March 31st. He had a great time with aunts, uncles, cousin Karli, Grandma, and family. He got some cool gifts too-- a few items include clothes, soccer and basketballs, race track with magnetic car, the Crayola sound studio, and Lincoln Logs (some of which were sent from Grandpa Don and Joyce in Idaho).
Clowning Around
Tristan gives new meaning to the term "neighborhood watch". He was fascinated with the neighbor mowing his grass. The boys also love to try to walk around in mine or Don's shoes. Tristan at my laptop lasted for about a whole 2 seconds but I thought it was cute. You can see from his face that he knows he's into something he shouldn't be into.
Reading and Playing with Dad
Both boys like to read and look at books. Tristan is becoming more interested in books now than he has in the past. I think it's because over the past 1-2 months, he's started saying more words and so he's interested in books as it helps him learn words.
I think he was about 16 and 1/2 months when he got his first haircut. The above pictures are pre-haircut when his hair on top was getting pretty long and wild (although kinda fun to watch when he would run or play).
Bike Riding in Cooler Weather
Wow, it seems so long ago that we had to dress them that warm to go outside. This would have been in the winter, soon after we moved to Pleasant Hill in December 2011. Cold weather would be a welcome change now that we are enduring a super hot summer of many days of 100+ degree weather with no rain!

Tiny Tots Basketball
We got Jordon into Tiny Tots basketball this year, which was in Feb-March. He enjoyed learning about basketball (although not a big fan of the defensive slide). He learned how to dribble and a little bit about shooting. I think many of the kids enjoyed the running drill at the end the best. Jordon got a T-shirt and a medal for participating. Tristan was a handful in the bleachers, as he didn't have much interest in watching brother, but wanted to go up and down the steps each time we were there.
Playing Around
Here we are playing with Remote Control Mater (thanks Uncle Jon), playing with money from our piggy banks from Grandpa Don and Joyce, and hanging out with cousin Karli. All is fun playing with the piggy banks until Tristan tries to eat the money. The shot of Jordon and I is after eating blueberries.
