As if September wasn't eventful enough, Don had surgery on his heel and ankle early October due to ruptured tendon, scar tissue, trying to correct rolling of his ankle outward and ankle pain. He now has a screw in his heel. He had a cast for 6 weeks and then a boot and brace. And has been noncompliant with pretty much everything he was supposed to do, which is no change for him. This roller became his friend for getting around. The next picture is me trying to remove some of Jordon's sutures.

Happy Halloween! We had Thor and Batgirl, a Storm Trooper and Don was a big pile of dookie.

Jordon's had enough of this nonsense with the splint, and so have I. Especially with Don also being in a cast, I've felt like the only one upright and functional in our house.

Funniest part of the night, when the wind blew this blow-up and it knocked the storm trooper (Tristan) down to the ground, haha!
