That's me and Jordon- getting so big! I am around 6 months pregnant with baby brother. Jordon's looking more like a little boy and less like a baby/toddler. He can swing by himself now, and loves to "drive" our vehicles. He can also reach the pedals on his tricycle, and loves to "ride and walk the block". His language skills have grown by leaps and bounds and he has become quite a little mockingbird. One of my favorite things he does now is when we are outside and go for walks- he likes to stop and "smell" the flowers, which consists of making a noise something like "fftt, fftt" instead of actually sniffing. It is so cute. He loves being outside and it can become quite a challenge sometimes to get him to come in. Our daily routines consist of quite a bit of time outside, whether it's helping his Dad in the yard (ie following the lawn mower with his wagon), or "walking the block" which is usually much more than just the block- he's content as long as he's outdoors.

Bye Bye MaMo's truck
These are pics of the old truck after my car accident on 4/16. Doesn't take much to total a 2002 vehicle with 140,000 miles- especially when air bags are deployed. At least the other driver admitted fault by failing to yield- worst part has been dealing with the insurance company (and having to replace a vehicle we didn't have payments on). Jordon still sees other trucks like this and refers to them as MaMo's truck, even though we have something different now. Don and I have been surprised that at even before age 2, he could recognize the make and model of our vehicles and refer to them as "MaMo's truck" or "DaDa's car" wherever we go.

New Addition
We found out May 17th that Jordon will be getting a little brother, although he keeps saying "little sister". He will point to MaMo's belly and say "baby", and then he will point to his belly and say "baby" too. He has no idea how much his life is about to change! We are looking forward to the new adventures ahead and Jordon having a sibling to play with...
