Jordon and his friend Quinton went on an overnight youth retreat with our church to Tulsa, OK! So glad he had a good friend to go with and that he was interested in going on this trip to deepen his faith. Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous to have him so far away without parents but he did great. My first baby is growing up into a young man I am proud of.

Dad took boys to see Frank Clark with the KC Chiefs. While there, they ran into Bad Luck Chuck and got a photo with him. He's the dude that left a Chiefs game when they were behind, thinking he was bad luck and then they rallied back to win.

Boys getting their gear signed by Frank Clark. Starstruck! We wanted to take them to get Tyrann Mathieu's signature too, and Dad actually took Tristan up super early one morning before school, but did not make the cut for the number of folks given wristbands to get in. We should have come back later (even without a wristband), but it was over an hour away and we thought we would not have gotten in. We heard later that he stayed and signed for everyone in line. Maybe we'll try again another time now that we know more about how these signings work. But boys were super excited to meet Frank "the Shark" Clark. He cracks me up when he's playing opponents and says "I smell blood in the water!"
